Let’s vent our frustrations!!!

Today in our lessons we talked about venting out and releasing our problems.

Do you have stress at work?  Do you have problems in your house?  Did your favorite sports team lose?  What makes you angry?

What do you do when you get angry?  Do you just hold in the anger?  Do you exercise or play sports to release energy?

 

In our discussion today, we took a look at venting our problems by talking.  One good way to let off stress is to talk out loud to a friend, a family member or even a gentle stranger and share what is bothering us.

It can do wonders and make you feel so much better by just telling others how you feel. So the next time you feel the pressure, find someone and ask them to listen to you for just a few minutes.
