When you hear the word “habits” what comes to your mind?
The definition of a habit:
“A behavior pattern acquired by frequent repetition or physiologic exposure that shows itself in regularity or increased facility of performance.”
So in other words, something you tend to do every day.
What are some good habits that people have?
Getting up early? Studying hard? Eating healthy?
Also, what are some bad habits that people have?
Drinking? Smoking? Wasting money?
How can we stop doing bad habits?
One habit I wish I could do more is to exercise everyday!
